Which is the project vision of a Devler?
A Devler sees this training intervention within an organisational learning ecosystem where Content, People and Processes are supported by enabling and empowering Technologies
Over 25 years of experience in the flexibility of an innovative start-up.
This is what makes us embrace the ongoing challenge of the complexity in training and learning processes.
Technological and didactic innovation conceived by human minds and hearts.
Our minds. Our hearts.
Through FACTOReel and FACTOQuiz you can easily create Digital Courses and Assessments compliant with SCORM, CMI5, xAPI tracking standards, or accessible from a simple website or intranet.
Should you want you can also opt for Artificial Intelligence support in their construction, with the security of EU-GDPR Compliant and EU-AI ACT Compliant protection on all confidential content and documents.

Online learning is a complex ecosystem where Content, People, Technology and Processes interact each other and with the organisational environemnt, both internal and external.
Here is where all our solutions come from!
Imagine we want to implement a digitally supported training intervention for a group of Managers, with the aim of developing their skills in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
A Devler sees this training intervention within an organisational learning ecosystem where Content, People and Processes are supported by enabling and empowering Technologies
The training project is designed and configured in a Learning Channel, a custom-designed digital environment managing and recording, both online and offline, all the Participants’ activities.
If there is already an LMS platform in use to manage enrollment and record participation, the Learning Channel can easily be integrated for data exchange.
This way, existing tools and processes are not changed and the initiative is enhanced in terms of design identity and visual communication.
In the project digital environment, Participants can carry out Exercises and Assessments, view the available Training Materials and mark them with a Rating, create a Playlist of Favourites and use Comments to share reflections, questions or experiences with Trainers, Company Representatives and other Participants.
In order to promote participation in the initiative and support it throughout the duration of the project, the Learning Channel provides a specific Gamification App fully configurable in both the narrative visual and the scoring algorithm.
Specific incentive and reward mechanisms can thus be designed and set up at both individual and team level.
A wide range of learning activities can be managed in the Learning Channel, such as synchronous collective learning, individual online and offline study, resumption of classroom training and exchange of experiences in the field.
In a peer-to-peer learning logic, each Participant can also take on the role of Content Creator and generate new digital Materials to be made available for the group.
New Content Creators can record Reel videos using a smartphone and share personal experiences and case studies, putting into practice their acquired knowledge.
Afterwards, it will be FACTOReel, supported by generative AI and a “human in the loop” approach, to do the magic by generating s tructured digital courses, tracing in SCORM, CMI5 or xAPI standards.
As well as systematising and developing their knowledge, Participants activate sharing and collaboration processes that further enrich their skills.
The digital content prepared by the Trainers and created by the Participants through FACTOReel, become real training assets to be capitalised and made available to other initiatives and projects.
All quantitative and qualitative learning data are analysed and interpreted to trigger dynamics of continuous improvement in both training processes and learning materials.
Beyond our expertise, our professional and human relationships, built and nurtured over time, support us in making a true and meaningful contribution to our clients.
Our activities have always been strongly intertwined with other professionals’ expertise.
We are used to thinking, creating and managing all our projects by working side by side with humanists, technicians and scientists.
We strongly believe in the value of multidisciplinary dialogue and collective intelligence.
The only way to generate value is working together.
Artificial Intelligence adoption and implementation policies
«Effective training can never disregard the quality and accuracy of teaching content, project design and context analysis. In this process, Artificial Intelligence should be welcomed, interpreted and implemented as a tool that – by freeing us from certain technological barriers still present in the realisation of structured training objects for Corporate Digital Learning – can help us restore value to true Human Knowledge. A Knowledge that, to be truly useful to ourselves and to others, must be increasingly ‘embodied’, i.e. learnt through study and consolidated through vital interaction with the environment and people.»
Elisa Lucatelli, DEVLO President
«All technology in Digital Learning must free up space for the increasingly human work of instructional design and communication. With high-level UX we want to reduce the barriers of some digital tools, and through the attention and motivation support systems in our online courses we want to encourage the active and conscious participation of people in online learning. Also the way we have introduced AI into our solutions follows the ‘human in the loop’ approach, focusing on minimising the effort required to technically transform digital content into standard delivery formats.»
